I am Groot Wood Burner

'I am Groot'...the inconic tree like being Marvel hero made famous in the Guardians of the Galaxy films.

Alex has used weld to create the bark like skin associated with the interesting creature. with tiny slits plasma cut in to some of the crevices to illuminate when lit. 

Groot is finished in a mixture of black and green ultra high temperature paint (UHT). worked in my hand to really elevate the detailing. with a all over finish with a clear UHT lacquer.
